Customers are strongly advised to conduct a small-scale seed sample disinfection trial prior to treating the entire seed lot. Treatment concentration and exposure time should be optimized based on trial results. Seed physical characteristics, germination, vigor, overall quality, and the level of pathogen load may influence treatment performance and outcomes, in addition to the operator’s qualifications, handling and treatment conditions. Conducting disinfection of a pretreated seed lot may also further drop germination, vigor, shelf-life and overall seed performance.

California Seed Technology (CST) does not guarantee uniform or specific performance outcomes for seed treatment across all seed lots and all crops. Several factors may influence the performance outcomes.

The warranty for all CST products and services is strictly limited to the purchase price or treatment service fee paid by the customer. By purchasing or using any CST products and services, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all CST terms and conditions prior to placing an order.

Disposal: No special disposal procedures required. Dispose used, unused product and containers responsibly and in compliance with applicable local regulations.

Safety & First Aid

Diluted and ready-to-use (RTU) aqueous Seed DetoxyClean™ is safe to use in properly ventilated area. Use recommended PPEs such as apron, gloves, mask, and eye protection when handling this product during seed treatment operations.

Inhalation: Move to fresh air if discomfort occurs. Skin Contact: Rinse with water if irritation develops. Eye Contact: Rinse eyes thoroughly with clean water for several minutes. Ingestion: Drink water if discomfort occurs. Seek medical attention immediately if symptoms worsen with any kind of exposure mentioned above.
