This versatile and small pilot-scale seed disinfection machine is designed to sanitize virtually any type of seed, with a batch capacity of up to 4.5 lbs. It is compatible with a wide range of chemical seed treatment applications.
The unit is constructed from food-grade SS304 stainless steel, ensuring rust resistance, long-term durability, and hygienic operation. A fixed speed drum rotation between 25–30 rpm enables gentle and uniform seed treatment with any physical damage.
The machine features an intuitive control panel including:

The rotating drum includes a secure locking, opening, and interchangeable mesh bags can be used depending on seed size. The system is engineered to be easy to operate, affordable, durable, and safe, requiring only minimal training for effective use.

    Installation

    • Floor-mounted on its own frame legs.
    • Plug-and-play design; no special foundation required but anchoring on floor recommended for stability.
    • All electric and / or moving parts are covered to prevent any accident. Operators are advised to take all necessary precautions. Seller takes no responsibility for any injury or electric shock or damage.

  • Limited Warranty, Safety & Liability Terms

    Seed Disinfection Machine

    • The Seller provides a limited warranty for parts repair and/or replacement for a period of three (3) months from the date of delivery. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects in parts and the cost of replacement parts only. Labor, service, installation, freight, travel, and downtime costs are expressly excluded and are not included in the sale price or any warranty or repair service.
    • Return Policy – No returns, refunds, or machine replacements will be accepted under any circumstances except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect. Claims based on a manufacturing defect must be submitted within one (1) week of purchase. The Buyer may optionally purchase an annual service package for an additional fee of $1,000 per year. This service package covers repairs and, if the machine is determined to be irreparable, replacement with another machine of a closely comparable operational model (not guaranteed to be identical). Delivery of replacement parts may take up to three (3) months.
    • Warranty Exclusions - This warranty does not apply to failures or damage resulting from:

      Improper installation, operation, maintenance, or storage.

      Misuse, abuse, negligence, modification, or unauthorized repair.

      Operation outside specified parameters (temperature, speed, load, chemicals, or power supply).

      Electrical issues, power surges, or water/chemical quality.

      Normal wear and tear.

      Any breakdown determined to be caused by user or operator fault.

      The seller shall not entertain warranty claims where failure is due to user error or non-compliance with operating instructions.

    • Safety & PPE Requirement - The buyer/user is solely responsible for safe operation of the machine. All operators must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all safety instructions, operating guidelines, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
    • Limitation of Liability - The seller shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, losses, or damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, seed loss, or business interruption, arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use the machine.
    • No Performance Guarantee - No guarantee is provided regarding seed disinfection efficacy, disease control levels, or crop performance, as outcomes depend on seed condition, treatment protocol, operator handling, machine settings, and environmental factors.
    • Payment and delivery - This Machine shall be built upon receiving an order and 50% payment at the time of ordering it. The remaining 50% payment one day before of shipping date. The wait time (build and ship) is 1-3 months. The machine is built in India. The machine can be shipped via air or sea freight. The buyer pays the shipping cost and imports duty or tariff in the US or in any other country.
